1. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Custom Production Timeline

Because our products are custom-made and handcrafted to order, they require a dedicated production period.

  • Standard Turnaround: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and manufactured before it is shipped.

  • This timeline ensures that every item meets our high quality standards and is tailored specifically to your specifications.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your custom item has finished the production phase, you will receive a notification that it has entered the shipping stage.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our facility. The tracking number will typically be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Delivery Timelines

Please note that the 2 to 3 week turnaround refers to the time it takes to create your product. Once shipped, the actual transit time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

6. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at exqfootball@gmail.com Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will need photos of the packaging and product to assist you.
